Over a year ago I submitted one of my recipes to be included in a future Gooseberry Patch Cookbook. I was so excited when I found out that my recipe was chosen to be included and that a copy of the cookbook with my recipe in it would be sent to me sometime in January!!
Well here it is…my Stuffed Artichoke Chicken was included in Homestyle in a Hurry on page 170! It was so exciting to see my recipe in this cookbook...I am already contemplating my next submissions :0)
