  1. Hi! I'm new to homeschooling this year and I love the idea of stART projects! I came up with one today and thought I'd share it with you. The books we read is "Leaf Man" by Lois Ehlert. After reading the book, my kids (ages 5 and 3) and I went out on a leaf hunt and found a variety of leaves and pine cones (for the eyes and nose). Then we came back home and created our own leaf man. It was a fun Fall themed project.

  2. We had a lot of fun doing our Three little pigs stART as you can see here -
Thanks for putting up more ideas here.

  3. here is a couple books i recently wrote a blog post about!

i also use literature as a starting point for many of my art projets in my can see those at

  4. We just naturally created SmART art as our toddlers and preschoolers grew into elementary students. We have four very successful art lessons posted at
My favorite - is our OWL art lesson. I am thrilled to be able to participate and excited to see what all has been done!
