Cookie Cutter Art

Counting 1-2-3 with Cookie Cutters and Paint!!

I have a great numbers cookie cutter set and have been thinking it would be fun to do number prints for a while now. Today we finally got to test them out!
We just worked with the numbers 1,2 and 3. Although Emily can count to 10 she doesn't recognize the numerals and she only knows the amount for 1 and 2. I thought if we kept it to just a few numbers at first it would be easier for her to understand.

Emily printed with the 1,2 and 3 cookie cutters with black and pink paint.

Emily really wanted to use her fingers so we decided to make fingerprints inside of the numbers. She did a great job with this!

I can't wait do some more as we keep on counting!!
