Playing with snow…

…indoors!!!

We had about 2 feet of snow this weekend and Emily really wanted to play in it but I couldn’t take Juliette out in it.  So I brought it in to Emily!!

IMG_0452IMG_0453She had fun making her snowman.  I gave her wiggly eyes, pom poms and a foam hat and carrot nose to play with.

I love the snowman - what is great about bringing the snow indoors is that you can use materials to decorate the snowman that you wouldn't probably use outdoors - like the pompoms!

This is nice that Emily got to play in the snow still. I am so looking forward to taking Anna to see the snow, but I am not sure yet if it happens this winter.

It is a challenge when you have a toddler that wants to play in the snow and a baby that would be too cold in it. I haven't quite figured this one out...probably by the time I do, my baby will be old enough to go outdoors in the cold. :) It looks like you had fun indoors though.
