Hot Glue Gun Rubbings

I saw these on This Little Project and couldn't wait to give them a try.
Emily was excited to see how it worked!
Emily's finished project.

It looked like so much fun I did one too!

Oh my gosh, you just come up with the best ideas! I'm adding this to my to-do list! Thanks! I *know* you didn't really come up with this - thanks for the link - but you always make things look like so much fun, and you have a way of finding new and interesting activiities. I just love your blog! :)

It didn't work out when I tried it. I'm so glad to see this worked for someone. I need to try this again someday.

I've made these for my kiddo's years ago too, but I just used plain old glue. Your way looks like you got a thicker line and I know it dried faster! ;)
I used them for my classes names and for color words! They loved them! ;)
Great Idea!

I'm a follower now!

My friend used to use glue to help her son learn his letters, he could feel them so it helped. I tried with regular glue and it didn't work for me. Maybe using the hot glue would work for that too. Though I do like the idea of the rubbings, never saw that before. Thank you for sharing.
