Fun with Paint Feathers and Glue!!
This weeks Open Ended Art theme is Feathers. Emily has enjoyed feather painting before so I gave her the choice of gluing or painting with feathers. She said both! So I mixed some glue into the paint and she went to work.
Emily picked green paint to paint with (it is her favorite color!!).
After she used the paintbrush to paint she started painting with the feathers.
She enjoyed painting on the feathers too!

That's quite a masterpiece!! Looks great and it seems like she had a fabulous time, too!
Love the blue and green colors together :) I wanted to do this weeks OEA but didnt have any feathers on hand and didnt make it to the store.
I love how it turned out!
I have never had my kids paint with feathers but after reading a few posts about it I am going to have to pull out the paint and the feathers.
